At Yorkville University, the diversity of our students, faculty and staff is celebrated and highlighted.

To those ends, Yorkville University has been developing a Diversity and Inclusion Strategic Plan that focuses on the importance of communications, the creation of safe spaces for dialogue, diversity data collection, training and capacity-building.
In addition to the implementation of voluntary self-identification surveys, and the launches of a Diversity Calendar and Diversity Advisory Council, Yorkville University is reigniting the conversation on what diversity, equity and inclusion means to our vibrant community.
